Who we are

Bridge Sign is operated by Bridge Amplified Inc., a company in British Columbia, Canada. In these terms, “Bridge Sign,” “we,” and “us” refer to Bridge Amplified Inc.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If you use Bridge Sign for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

What the service does

Bridge Sign provides tools to fill, sign, export, and share PDF documents and to turn camera images into PDFs. Documents and scans are processed on your device, except when you choose the AI blank-finding feature described in our Privacy Policy.

We may improve, add, or remove features over time. We will try to give reasonable notice if a change materially reduces a core feature.

Your documents and electronic signatures

You are responsible for the documents you open, complete, sign, export, and share, including their accuracy and whether you have permission to use them.

Electronic signatures are not valid or appropriate for every purpose. Some document types—including wills and other documents with special witnessing, identity, or form requirements—may require a different signing process. You are responsible for checking the law and the recipient’s requirements before relying on an electronic signature. Bridge Sign does not provide legal advice or guarantee that a signature will be accepted.

Your account and security

Give us accurate account information and keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at sign@bridgeamplified.com if you think someone has accessed it without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bridge Sign to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, forge or alter documents without authority, distribute malware, bypass plan limits or security controls, overload the service, scrape accounts, or attempt to access another user’s information.

Plans, trials, and changes

Bridge Sign is free for now. Paid billing is not active. We may offer paid plans or free trials later and may change features or limits. Before charging you, we will show the price, billing period, and applicable terms and ask you to agree to the purchase. We will not turn the current free service into a paid subscription without notice and your consent.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Bridge Sign at any time and can delete your account from My details. We may suspend or close an account that is used for misuse, presents a security risk, seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or must be restricted by law. When practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support.

Ownership

You keep all rights you have in your documents, scans, signatures, and other information. These terms do not give us ownership of them. Bridge Amplified Inc. and its licensors own Bridge Sign’s software, branding, and original content. You may use the service, but you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse it except where the law allows.

Service disclaimers

We aim to keep Bridge Sign reliable and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Blank detection, scanning, auto-fill, and exports can make mistakes. Check every finished document before signing or sharing it. We do not promise uninterrupted access, that every blank will be found, or that the service will meet every legal or technical requirement.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, Bridge Amplified Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, business, or opportunities arising from Bridge Sign. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 and the amount you paid us for Bridge Sign in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, or to liability caused by our fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in British Columbia will have jurisdiction, unless consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised terms here with a new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes. Continuing to use Bridge Sign after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
